This page explains how to contact the Best Football Betting Sites editorial team at smdisteel.org, what we can help with, and where to go instead when your question is about a sportsbook account. We are an independent comparison site covering NFL betting sites, not a sportsbook, so we can't access or change anyone's betting account.

What you can contact us about

We read messages about the following topics:

  • Corrections: an offer, term, payment method or fact on our reviews looks outdated or wrong.
  • Review feedback: you think a rating, comparison or write-up missed something that matters to NFL bettors.
  • Site problems: a page, table or link isn't loading or displaying properly.
  • Business and partnership questions: requests from operators or publishers.
  • General questions about how we compare sportsbooks. Our About Us page covers who we are and what we set out to do.

What to include in your message

A clear message gets a faster and more useful reply. Please include:

  1. The page address or the name of the sportsbook you are writing about.
  2. What you saw, and what you think is different or missing.
  3. The date you saw it, plus a screenshot of the offer or terms if you have one.
  4. Your state, if the question depends on where you live. Availability and rules differ across the US.

Please never send passwords, full card numbers, government ID or other sensitive personal information. We will never ask for them.

Questions we can't resolve for you

We aren't able to help with the following, because we have no control over sportsbook operations:

  • Deposits, withdrawals, pending payouts or account limits
  • Identity verification (KYC) requests or closed accounts
  • Bonus credits that didn't appear, or wagering requirement disputes
  • Disputes over how a bet was settled

For any of these, use the support channel inside the sportsbook itself, whether that is live chat, email or a help center. Keep records of your account activity, bet slips and correspondence. Every sportsbook we list, including Lucky Rebel, Bovada and BetOnline, publishes its own terms, and you should read them before you deposit. Our Terms and Conditions explain how you may use this site.

A note on offshore sportsbooks and your protections

Before you act on anything you read here, understand that state-level consumer protections that apply to sportsbooks licensed by a US state may not apply to every operator we cover. If a sportsbook doesn't pay you or closes your account, our ability to help is limited, and your options may be limited too. Check that betting is legal where you live, and consult a qualified professional for legal or tax questions. Only people of legal betting age in their location may wager. That is 21 in most states, but confirm the rule for your state.

If gambling has stopped being fun

Betting can lead to real financial losses, and no site can promise a win. Only stake money you can afford to lose. If you feel you are chasing losses or that betting is affecting your life, stop and get support. In the US, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is available at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537). You can also read our Responsible Gambling page for tools and guidance.

How we handle your feedback

We review every correction request and check it against the operator's own published terms before we update a page. Where an offer is advertising rather than something we have confirmed, we say so. Commission from operators does not decide our rankings, and we don't change ratings in exchange for payment. Because we can't guarantee an individual reply to every message, please don't rely on us for anything time-sensitive.
